Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
